"Both my husband and I now have treatments which consist of both massage and acupuncture and I also attend Sean's Tai Chi classes.  I would highly recommend all of these."

Tui Na massage is applied to the clothed body with the client either sitting or reclining on a couch. It is a vigorous massage but the pressure can be adjusted to individual needs, making this a therapy that is suitable for people of all ages, including children.
If a phobia of needles has ever put you off Acupuncture then Tui Na is an excellent alternative. It focuses on the same acupoints and can deliver relief from a wide range of conditions, even when used as a therapy on its own.

Indonesian massage - another form of deep-tissue massage for the relief of muscular pain and tension, applied directly to the skin using oils. Indonesian massage therapy can be used alone, or combined very effectively with Tui Na massage.

Acupuncture - fine needles are used to stimulate specific acupoints to promote the smooth flow of Qi by removing blockages to restore health and well-being.  Acupuncture is particularly effective when combined with Tui Na massage.

Sean is an experienced therapist, who would be happy to discuss your health conditions and answer any questions you have about these therapies.  Once you are happy that these therapies are right for you, then book an appointment and start your journey to health and wellbeing.

Whatever your preference, there will be a therapy to suit you. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of undressing for a massage, there are therapies that can be applied to the clothed body. If you hate needles, there are massage techniques that can achieve the same outcomes. Some massages are deep-tissue, others are more gentle. Sean will discuss your preferences and suggest the best course of therapy for you.
